Can I become a director?
(1) 18 years old and above;
(2) Natural person (Malaysian or foreigner);
(3) Not a bankrupt and has not been convicted and imprisoned.
However, if you are a foreigner who does not reside in Malaysia, you need at least 1 resident director to register a Sdn Bhd.
